       The Committee on Military and Veterans Affairs, Space, and
       Domestic Security (Rouson) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete lines 81 - 83
    4  and insert:
    5  license plate. A recipient of the Bronze Star with the "V"
    6  device shall be issued a license plate stamped with the term
    7  "Bronze Star" and a likeness of the Bronze Star medal with the
    8  "V" device emblem followed by
    9

   11  And the title is amended as follows:
   12         Delete line 4
   13  and insert:
   14         be issued to Bronze Star or Bronze Star with the "V"
   15         device
