Paragraph (c) of subsection (1) of section 6 163.357, Florida Statutes, is amended to read: 7 163.357 Governing body as the community redevelopment 8 agency.— 9 (1) 10 (c) A governing body thatwhichconsists of five members 11 shallmayappoint two additional persons to act as members of 12 the community redevelopment agency. These members may not be 13 elected officials. The two additional members must have 14 expertise in at least one of the following areas: architecture, 15 finance, construction, land use, affordable housing, 16 sustainability, or other educational or professional experience 17 in the area of community redevelopment.
