       The Committee on Community Affairs (Rodriguez) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 115 - 127
    4  and insert:
    5         3. Original assessed real property values within the
    6  community redevelopment agency’s area of authority as of the day
    7  the agency was created.
    8         4. Total assessed real property values of property within
    9  the boundaries of the community redevelopment agency as of
   10  January 1 of the year being reported.
   11         5. Total amount expended for affordable housing for low
   12  income and middle-income residents.
