       The Committee on Community Affairs (Artiles) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 60 - 61
    4  and insert:
    5  an area zoned exclusively for single-family or multi-family
    6  residential use.
    7         (e) The low-voltage electric fence may not enclose portions
    8  of a property which are used for residential purposes.
