       recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Substitute for Amendment (818256) (with title
    2  amendment)
    3  
    4         Between lines 615 and 616
    5  insert:
    6         Section 17. For the 2017-2018 fiscal year, the Legislature
    7  shall appropriate, in the General Appropriations Act, funding to
    8  support the use of Florida Bright Futures Scholarship Program
    9  Florida Academic Scholars awards for 2018 summer term
   10  enrollment.

   13         Delete line 52
   14  and insert:
   15         Revision and Information; requiring an appropriation;
   16         providing an effective date.
