       The Committee on Appropriations (Galvano) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Between lines 421 and 422
    4  insert:
    5         Section 12. Subsection (9) of section 1009.53, Florida
    6  Statutes, is amended to read:
    7         1009.53 Florida Bright Futures Scholarship Program.—
    8         (9) A student may use an award for summer term enrollment
    9  if funds are available, including funds appropriated in the
   10  General Appropriations Act to support, at a minimum, summer term
   11  enrollment for a Florida Academic Scholars award.
