Each university board of trustees shall 6 conduct a fiscal impact study on a potential block tuition 7 policy for its institution, including details on how the policy 8 would be implemented with the least financial impact on the 9 university and how the board of trustees would replace any 10 revenue the university loses as a result of implementing the 11 policy. Each university board of trustees shall present a report 12 on its findings to the President of the Senate and the Speaker 13 of the House of Representatives by November 1, 2017. A block 14 tuition policy for resident undergraduate students or 15 undergraduate-level courses mustshallbe based on the per 16 credit-hour undergraduate tuition established under subsection 17 (4).
