    6         Section 17. For the 2017-2018 fiscal year, the sum of $51
    7  million in nonrecurring funds from the General Revenue Fund is
    8  appropriated to the Department of Education to implement s.
    9  1009.53(9), Florida Statutes, providing for the use of Florida
   10  Bright Futures Scholarship Program funds for summer term
   11  enrollment.
