       Senator Passidomo moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)

    3         Between lines 483 and 484
    4  insert:
    5         Section 10. Present subsection (5) of section 732.901,
    6  Florida Statutes, is redesignated as subsection (6) of that
    7  section, and a new subsection (5) is added to that section, to
    8  read:
    9         732.901 Production of wills.—
   10         (5) An electronic will that is filed electronically with
   11  the clerk through the Florida Courts E-Filing Portal is deemed
   12  to have been deposited with the clerk as an original of the
   13  electronic will.
