On Page: 067             Increases funding in the Department of Children and 
                         Families by $1 million from nonrecurring general 
Spec App:  293           revenue funds to provide supported employment 
                         services for individuals with mental health 
                         disorders and decreases the department's Fixed 
                         Capital Outlay funding by $1 million.
