On Page: 121             Provides $100,000 in nonrecurring general revenue 
                         funds for the House of Hope Drug Treatment Program 
Spec App:  705           in Sumter County.  It reduces the like amount from 
                         the fixed capital outlay category in the Department 
                         of Corrections.

At the end of existing proviso language, following Specific 
Appropriation 751, INSERT:

From the funds in Specific Appropriation 737, $100,000 in nonrecurring 
general revenue funds is provided for the House of Hope in Sumter County 
to provide mental health counseling, medical care and training to 
current and former incarcerated drug offenders as directed by the 
courts.
