On Page: 084             Reduces $50,000 of nonrecurring general revenue 
                         funds in the Department of Children and Families for 
Spec App:  394A          Victory for Youth, Inc. and increases funding by 
                         $50,000 in the Department of Elder Affairs for 
                         Easter Seals of South Florida for Fixed Capital 
                         Outlay.
