On Page: 084 Reduces $222,801 in recurring funds from the Tobacco
Settlement Trust Fund for the Comprehensive Tobacco
Spec App: 391 Prevention and Education Program and provides
recurring funding in the same amount to the
Department of Elder Affairs for the Orlando Health
Memory Disorder Clinic. This is an ineligible source
of funding.

Funds in Specific Appropriation 462 shall be used to implement the
Comprehensive Statewide Tobacco Education and Prevention Program in
accordance with section 27, Article X of the State Constitution as
adjusted annually for inflation, using the Consumer Price Index as
published by the United States Department of Labor. The appropriation
shall be allocated as follows:
