On Page: 211             Reallocates $99,996,884 in nonrecurring general 
                         revenue funds from the Water Projects category in 
Spec App: 1434A          the  Department of Environmental Protection, to pay 
                         final  residential citrus canker judgements obtained 
                         in the class action litigation filed by homeowners 
                         in Broward, Lee, Palm Beach and Orange counties for 
                         citrus trees removed under the Citrus Canker 
                         Eradication Program.
