language in the Agency for Health Care

Families to include coverage of targeted case
management for adults with substance use disorders,
and to further refine existing proviso.

use disorders. These funds are to be paid to the Substance Abuse and
Mental Health Safety Net Network for services provided, contingent upon
the passage of legislation creating this network, and subject to federal
approval.

Administration to be used as state matching funds to eliminate Medicaid
service limitations for the certain behavioral health services and
targeted case management for adults diagnosed with substance use
disorders. This paragraph is contingent upon the passage of SB 2514 or
similar legislation in the same legislative session or an extension
thereof becoming a law.

$7,758,481 from the General Revenue Fund to the Agency for Health Care
