In addition, each youth who enters the program shall be tracked by the department's Juvenile Justice Information System (JJIS) or Prevention Web system. In addition, the Prodigy Program shall contract with a consultant to track arrests or re-arrests for prevention, intervention, and diversion youth for 12 months after completing the program and submit the results to the department semi-annually.
