                         a better description of the Clay County Youth

                         Department of Juvenile Justice that will allow more 
                         flexibility on how the funds will be expended.

County youth on probation and conditional release.

Following Specific Appropriation 1180, INSERT:

From the funds in Specific Appropriation 1180, $200,000 in nonrecurring  
general revenue funds is provided to the Clay County Youth Alternative 
SWEAT Program.
