       Senator Bradley moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete line 1449
    4  and insert:
    5         (3) In addition, the department shall transfer from the
    6  Land Acquisition Trust Fund to land acquisition trust funds
    7  within the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services, the
    8  Department of State, and the Fish and Wildlife Conservation
    9  Commission amounts equal to the difference between the amounts
   10  appropriated in chapter 2016-66, Laws of Florida, to the
   11  department’s Land Acquisition Trust Fund and the other land
   12  acquisition trust funds, and the amounts actually transferred
   13  between those trust funds during the 2016-2017 fiscal year.
   14         (4) This section expires July 1, 2018.
