       The Committee on Appropriations (Grimsley) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 27 - 29
    4  and insert:
    5         (3) For purposes of this section, the term “Capitol
    6  Complex” means the portion of Tallahassee, Leon County, Florida,
    7  commonly referred to as the Capitol, the Historic Capitol, the
    8  Senate Office Building, the House Office Building, the Knott
    9  Building, the Pepper Building, the Holland Building, and the
   10  curtilage of each, including the state-owned lands and public
   11  streets adjacent thereto within an area bounded by and including
   12  Monroe Street, Jefferson Street, Duval Street, and Gaines
   13  Street.
