    1         Senate Amendment (with directory and title amendments)

    3         Delete lines 1007 - 1018.

    6  And the directory clause is amended as follows:
    7         Delete lines 1000 - 1002
    8  and insert:
    9         Section 14. Subsection (7) is added to section 409.975,
   10  Florida Statutes, to read:

   13  And the title is amended as follows:
   14         Delete lines 93 - 96
   15  and insert:
   16         s. 409.975, F.S.; requiring the agency to contract
   17         with the
