       The Committee on Commerce and Tourism (Passidomo) recommended
       the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete lines 36 - 44
    4  and insert:
    5         (ooo) Diapers and incontinence products.—The sale for human
    6  utilization of diapers, incontinence undergarments, incontinence
    7  pads, or incontinence liners is exempt from the tax imposed by
    8  this chapter.

   11  And the title is amended as follows:
   12         Delete lines 2 - 6
   13  and insert:
   14         An act relating to a tax exemption for diapers and
   15         incontinence products; amending s. 212.08, F.S.;
   16         exempting from the sales and use tax the sale for
   17         human utilization of diapers, incontinence
   18         undergarments, incontinence pads, or incontinence
   19         liners; providing an effective date.
