       The Committee on Ethics and Elections (Steube) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete lines 457 - 460
    4  and insert:
    5  shall be held only:
    6         (a) At a primary election, as defined in s. 97.021, and
    7  requires approval of 60 percent of the voters voting on the
    8  ballot question for passage; or
    9         (b) At a general election, as defined in s. 97.021, and
   10  requires the approval of a majority of the voters voting on the
   11  ballot question for passage.
   12         Section 2. This act shall take effect July 1, 2019.
