    5         (7) That portion of Davis Boulevard between Adalia Avenue
    6  and Adriatic Avenue in Hillsborough County is designated as
    7  “Helen Gordon Davis Boulevard.”
    8         (8) That portion of N. Willow Avenue between W. Cypress
    9  Street and W. Cass Street in Hillsborough County is designated
   10  as “Francisco A. Rodriguez Avenue.”
   11         (9) That portion of N. Garcia Avenue between W. Palm Avenue
   12  and W. Ross Avenue in Hillsborough County is designated as
   13  “Olympian Theresa Manuel Way.”
   14         (10) That portion of Miami Avenue between N.E. 5th Street
   15  and U.S. 41/S.R. 90/S.E. 7th Street in Miami-Dade County is
   16  designated as “Robert L. Shevin Memorial Boulevard.”
   17         (11) That portion of U.S. 19/98 South between mile marker
   18  23 and mile marker 25 in Levy County is designated as “Deputy A.
   19  Hagood Ellzey Memorial Highway.”
   20         (12) That portion of U.S. 441/S.R. 7 between N.W. 52nd
   21  Street and N.W. 65th Street in Miami-Dade County is designated
   22  as “Muhammad Ali Boulevard.”
   23         (13) That portion of S.R. 922 between N.E. 10th Avenue and
   24  N. Bayshore Drive in Miami-Dade County is designated as “Stanley
   25  G. Tate Boulevard.”
   26         (14) That portion of U.S. 27/S.R. 25 between W. 9th Street
   27  and E./S.E. 1st Avenue within the City of Hialeah is designated
   28  as “Herman Echevarria Way.”
   29         (15) That portion of S.R. 997/Krome Avenue between S.W.
   30  344th Street and S.W. 177th Court in Miami-Dade County is
