       The Committee on Appropriations (Brandes) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)

    3         Between lines 6996 and 6997
    4  insert:
    5         Section 115. Section 1013.29, Florida Statutes, is created
    6  to read:
    7         1013.29 High school educational facilities on a public or
    8  private postsecondary institution campus.—A county in which a
    9  public or private postsecondary institution is located may
   10  authorize a public high school educational facility, including a
   11  charter school educational facility, which meets the
   12  requirements of this chapter to be located on the postsecondary
   13  institution’s campus.
