    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)

    3         Delete lines 33 - 37
    4  and insert:
    5  certificate of occupancy, or the date of abandonment of
    6  construction if not completed, or the date of completion or
    7  termination of the contract between the professional engineer,
    8  registered architect, or licensed contractor and his or her
    9  employer, whichever date is latest. Completion of the contract
