       The Committee on Rules (Hutson) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete line 36
    4  and insert:
    5  annually; however the total number of such transactions in
    6  effect during any calendar year with respect to each theme park
    7  complex may not exceed 25 transactions; and
