       (Artiles) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)

    3         Between lines 834 and 835
    4  insert:
    5         7. May not dispense marijuana from more than 3 retail
    6  facilities. This subparagraph does not limit MMTC retail
    7  facilities that only dispense low-THC cannabis and sell
    8  marijuana delivery devices to qualified patients.
