       Appropriations Subcommittee on Health and Human Services
       (Stargel) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 480 - 488
    4  and insert:
    5         (c) Successful completion of the course and examination
    6  specified in paragraph (a) is required for every physician who
    7  issues a physician certification for marijuana orders low-THC
    8  cannabis, medical cannabis, or a cannabis delivery device each
    9  time such physician renews his or her license. In addition,
   10  successful completion of the course and examination specified in
   11  paragraph (b) is required for the medical director of each
   12  dispensing organization each time such physician renews his or
   13  her license.
