House Comm: RCS . 04/04/2017 . . . . ————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————— ————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————— The Committee on Health Policy (Bradley) recommended the following: 1 Senate Amendment (with title amendment) 2 3 Between lines 797 and 798 4 insert: 5 (e) The department shall establish, maintain, and control a 6 computer software tracking system that traces marijuana from 7 seed to sale and allows real-time, 24-hour access by the 8 department to data from all MMTCs and independent testing 9 laboratories. The tracking system must, at a minimum, include 10 notification of when marijuana seeds are planted, when marijuana 11 plants are harvested and destroyed, and when marijuana is 12 transported, sold, stolen, diverted, or lost.
