       The Committee on Health Policy (Bradley) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Between lines 180 and 181
    4  insert:
    5         5. A patient who is not a resident of this state; who
    6  qualifies under subparagraph 1., subparagraph 2., subparagraph
    7  3., or subparagraph 4.; and who can lawfully obtain marijuana
    8  through a medical marijuana program in the state that he or she
    9  resides in.
