Independent living. 10 2. Assisted living. 11 3. Nursing home services located on the same premises as a 12 nursing home facility designated by the agency as a teaching 13 nursing home for a minimum of 5 years in accordance with s. 14 430.80. 15 16 Only one hospice program per teaching nursing home may be 17 established under the exemption in this paragraph.
