    5         (b) Assessments levied as monthly installments pursuant to
    6  s. 631.57(3)(e)3. or s. 631.914 which that are paid after policy
    7  surcharges are collected so that the recognition of assets is
    8  based on actual premium written offset by the obligation to the
    9  Florida Insurance Guaranty Association or the Florida Workers’
   10  Compensation Insurance Guaranty Association, Incorporated.
