       The Committee on Judiciary (Gibson) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment

    3         Delete line 58
    4  and insert:
    5  Treasury. Pursuant to the settlement agreement approved by the
    6  court in August 2007, the funds are to be paid into a Medicaid
    7  compliant special needs trust account established on behalf of
    8  Eddie Weekley and Charlotte Williams.
