       The Committee on Commerce and Tourism (Latvala) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with directory and title amendments)
    2  
    3         Between lines 54 and 55
    4  insert:
    5         (4) Notwithstanding any other provision of the Beverage
    6  Law, any vendor licensed as a manufacturer under this section
    7  may transfer malt beverages to any restaurant with which it has
    8  common ownership affiliations, which restaurant is part of a
    9  restaurant group that comprises not more than 15 restaurants.
