       The Committee on Rules (Brandes) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete line 35
    4  and insert:
    5  crime scene or to identify suspects or witnesses. An officer is
    6  prohibited from reviewing the recorded body camera footage if he
    7  or she used any force during an event arising within the scope
    8  of his or her official duties unless the law enforcement agency
    9  requires the audio and video data recorded by the body camera be
   10  digitally backed up before the officer is permitted to review
   11  the footage.
