       The Committee on Banking and Insurance (Bean) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)

    3         Delete lines 129 - 133
    4  and insert:
    5         (g)The agency may adopt rules necessary to administer this
    6  section, including rules establishing credentialing requirements
    7  and quality standards for pharmacies.
    8         Section 2. This act shall take effect October 1, 2017.
