       The Committee on Health Policy (Young) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)

    3         Delete lines 73 - 78
    4  and insert:
    5         7. The direct-support organization’s collecting, expending,
    6  and providing of funds to the department for the administration
    7  development, implementation, and operation of the prescription
    8  drug monitoring program as described in this section and s. 2,
    9  chapter 2009-198, Laws of Florida, as long as the task force is
