       The Committee on Governmental Oversight and Accountability
       (Baxley) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 403 - 407
    4  and insert:
    5  House of Representatives by January 1, 2019, and must include an
    6  actuarial study of the trends, costs, and savings over the next
    7  15 years which are associated with the implementation of the
    8  benefit levels for employers and enrollees. The plan must also
    9  include recommendations for:
   10         1. Employer and enrollee contribution policies.
   11         2. Steps necessary for maintaining or improving total
   12  employee compensation levels.
