       Senator Latvala moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 591 - 595
    4  and insert:
    5         Section 17. For the 2017-2018 fiscal year, the sums of
    6  $2,978,012 in recurring funds and $2,978,012 in nonrecurring
    7  funds from the General Revenue Fund are appropriated to the
    8  Department of Juvenile Justice for the purpose of implementing
    9  this act.
