       The Committee on Ethics and Elections (Bean) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (468388) (with title
    2  amendment)
    3  
    4         Delete lines 39 - 43
    5  and insert:
    6         (2)(a) If the supervisor in the elector's county of
    7  residence provides written notice to the division no later than
    8  the 30th day before an election, the elector may also vote by
    9  personally delivering his or her completed vote-by-mail ballot
   10  to an early voting site in the county during the early voting
   11  site's hours of operation.
