       The Committee on Rules (Powell) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete lines 47 - 52
    4  and insert:
    5         (2)(a) If the elector chooses not to vote in person as
    6  provided in subsection (1), the elector may vote by personally
    7  delivering his or her completed vote-by-mail ballot to an early
    8  voting site in the elector’s county of residence during the
    9  early voting site’s hours of operation.
