       Senator Rodriguez moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (885236) (with title
    2  amendment)
    3  
    4         Between lines 630 and 631
    5  insert:
    6         Section 16. Notwithstanding this act, any person claiming
    7  an interest or other right in land which would be extinguished
    8  as a result of this act, including any interests or other rights
    9  where the 30-year period immediately following the effective
   10  date of the root of title has already passed, may preserve such
   11  interest from extinguishment pursuant to this act by filing for
   12  record a written notice in accordance with s. 712.06, Florida
   13  Statutes, within 1 year after the effective date of this act.

   17         Delete line 689
   18  and insert:
   19         changes made by the act; authorizing persons to
   20         preserve certain interest or rights in property by
   21         filing a specified notice; providing an effective
   22         date.
