       The Committee on Appropriations (Clemens) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Between lines 649 and 650
    4  insert:
    5         Section 10. For the 2017-2018 fiscal year, the sum of
    6  $194,120 in recurring funds is appropriated from the Operating
    7  Trust Fund in the Department of Legal Affairs, and two full-time
    8  equivalent positions, with associated salary rate of 130,000,
    9  are authorized, for the purpose of implementing this act.

   13         Delete line 45
   14  and insert:
   15         ranking offenses; providing an appropriation;
   16         providing an effective date.
