       The Committee on Judiciary (Flores) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete lines 464 - 465
    4  and insert:
    5  compensation, primarily engages in the occupation or business of
    6  procuring or attempting to procure engagements for an artist
    7  with a third party. The term does not include any person who
    8  only incidentally procures or attempts to procure such
    9  engagements.

   13         Delete line 52
   14  and insert:
   15         F.S.; redefining the term “talent agency”; deleting
   16         the definitions of the terms
