House Comm: RCS . 03/14/2017 . . . . ————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————— ————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————— The Committee on Community Affairs (Brandes) recommended the following: 1 Senate Amendment 2 3 Delete lines 26 - 31 4 and insert: 5 6 2017, and shall be composed of the following 13 members: 7 (a) The executive director of the Florida Housing Finance 8 Corporation, who shall serve as chair of the task force. 9 (b) The executive director of the Department of Economic 10 Opportunity or his or her designee. 11 (c) Five members appointed by the Governor. Of the five 12 members, one must be an advocate for the homeless, one must be 13 an advocate of the needs of individuals with disabling 14 conditions and persons with special needs as defined in s. 15 420.0004, one must represent the building or development 16 community, and one must be a realtor licensed in this state.
