       Senator Gainer moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (102880) (with title
    2  amendment)

    4         Between lines 609 and 610
    5  insert:
    6         Section 20. On or before October 31, 2017, the Department
    7  of Transportation shall submit to the Governor, the President of
    8  the Senate, and the Speaker of the House of Representatives a
    9  report providing a comprehensive review of the boundaries and
   10  headquarters of each of the department's districts. Along with
   11  its report, the department shall provide a study on the expenses
   12  associated with creating an additional district with the
   13  department's Fort Myers urban office as the district
   14  headquarters.
