       The Committee on Appropriations (Simmons) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 267 - 271
    4  and insert:
    5  pursuant to paragraph (3)(b). A student is ineligible for
    6  scholarship funding if the student’s account has been inactive
    7  for 2 consecutive fiscal years. However, once an eligible
    8  expenditure is made pursuant to paragraph (11)(f), the student
    9  may resume scholarship funding, based on available funds.
