       Senator Baxley moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with directory and title amendments)

    4  insert:
    5         (3) HEALTH ISSUES.—
    6         (m) Sun-protective measures in school.—A student may
    7  possess and use a topical sunscreen product while on school
    8  property or at a school-sponsored event or activity without a
    9  physician’s note or prescription if the product is regulated by
   10  the United States Food and Drug Administration for over-the
   11  counter use to limit ultraviolet light-induced skin damage.
