       The Committee on Appropriations (Latvala) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete line 703
    4  and insert:
    5  marijuana treatment center. The department shall also issue a
    6  license to the next remaining applicant with the highest ranking
    7  from each region that has only one current licenseholder if the
    8  applicant does not hold a license in another region and has
    9  maintained operations under its applicant name since submitting
   10  its initial application.
