       The Committee on Appropriations (Passidomo) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete lines 46 - 50
    4  and insert:
    5  with the Office of Public and Professional Guardians to evaluate
    6  the public guardianship system, to assess the need for
    7  additional public guardianship, or to develop required reports,
    8  shall be provided to the Office of Public and Professional
    9  Guardians or its designee upon that office’s request. Any
   10

   12  And the title is amended as follows:
   13         Delete lines 6 - 9
   14  and insert:
   15         of a complaint filed for certain purposes with the
   16         Office of Public and Professional Guardians to be
   17         provided to the Office of Public and Professional
   18         Guardians or its designee upon that office’s request;
